Roles and Responsibility
Drive and coordinate TPM implementation across the plant.
Facilitate Autonomous maintenance activities with shop floor operators.
Coordinate PM activities with the maintenance department.
Prepare and monitor TPM audit checklists.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Solid understanding of TPM principles and practices.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
