Job description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack WORDPRESS and WEBFLOW Developer with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience to join our team. This role requires a solid balance between custom WordPress development and full stack web application development, with a focus on performance, security, scalability, and maintainable code. The candidate should be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customise, and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins
Build and maintain full stack web applications, handling both backend and frontend development
Design and manage databases, backend logic, and server-side functionality
Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
Implement responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces
Ensure applications and websites meet high standards for performance, security, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions

Core Requirements
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong WordPress and Webflow expertise




Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL
Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins
Solid backend development experience, including:
Server-side logic
Database design and optimisation
API development and integration
Frontend development experience using up-to-date JavaScript practices

(experience with React, Vue, or similar frameworks is highly regarded)
Familiarity with WordPress builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
Strong understanding of SEO principles, performance optimisation, and security best practices
Experience using Git and structured development workflows
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have (Highly Regarded)
Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks
Experience with Node.js or modern JavaScript backends
Experience deploying and maintaining applications on cloud or VPS environments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, staging environments, and deployment workflows
Experience working in an agency or multi-project environment
