Extensive experience in Litigation/ Non Litigation including preparation of Agreements for acquisition various media rights.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating wide range of legal contracts with music labels, celebrities, artist, content provider, customers, vendors etc.
Handle copyright, trademark, and intellectual property-related matters.
Conduct legal due diligence for content acquisition and distribution.
Provide legal support to business teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with external counsels and maintain legal documentation.
Media / Entertainment / relevant industry is must.
