Responsibilities
Specializes in planning, designing, and developing software systems (e.g., middleware, legacy, mainframe) and applications from concept phase to series production used in local, networked, cloudbased or internet related computer programs.
Developers design, code, test, debug, and document program requirements, working with architects, product managers, and endusers in the development and enhancement of applications.
Plans, designs, and develops software systems from concept phase to production in local networks or cloud based related computer programs.
Codes in relevant languages.
Lead: Recognized subject matter expert in sub-function typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Responsibilities typically include: Managing large projects or processes and/or products and systems with limited oversight from management.
Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level specialists.




Facing IT function related problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
Serving as an expert within own discipline.

Qualifications
University degree and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
Preferred: App development/programming
Database design
System architecture & integration
Communication and stakeholder management skills
Root cause analysis
Product development management
Product portfolio management
