Job Description:
Minimum 3 to 4 years of
experience in Electrical maintenance-Cable Industries-HT Cable Division.
To minimize the electrical
maintenance down time, improve the system Availability and
Reliability(MTBF/MTTR % B.D ) in Respective Section by identifying
the Bottleneck, modification, energy saving projects etc. , Reduce
Maintenance Cost (Spare/Service ) .
Prime Responsibility:- Planning
the preventive maintenance of machine and adhering it, Breakdown maintenance of
machine and utility, Managing
spares of machines Validate and ensure legal compliance of electrical
Department
Secondary Responsibility:-
Generating PR/IR for spares, Follow ups for the spares and critical spares with
functional head and purchase dept,



Managing all the documents related to ISO
Functional Skills:- Technical knowledge proficiency of Maintenance activity of heavy engineering industry, Technical knowledge of
preventive and breakdown maintenance of utilities
Should have Knowledge on
ISO Standards, 5s, kaizen, Safety rules and regulation etc
