solar-powered and LED-based products, driving sustainable and energy-effective solutions.

Assemble, install, and test solar and LED products as per production/quality standards.
Carry out routine machine operations and basic troubleshooting on the shop floor.
Perform quality checks at each stage of assembly/production to ensure defect-free output.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
Coordinate with the shift supervisor/line in-charge for daily production targets.
Maintain proper documentation of work completed, materials used, and any issues faced.




Support preventive maintenance activities on production equipment.
Ensure a clean, organized, and protected working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
ITI / Diploma / BE graduates in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related trades.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/assembly/technical

roles.
Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components and hand tools.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
