Role & responsibilities
Develop ServiceNow technical curriculum, eLearning, ILT, videos, labs, and job aids.
Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow instances, sandbox/cloud labs, plugins, data, and workflows.
Write ServiceNow scripts, JavaScript, SQL/database queries, and automation for hands-on labs.
Translate complex technical documentation into learner-friendly, use-case-based content.
Create assessments, knowledge checks, certification, and credentialing content.
Develop training content on Generative AI and Agentic AI within ServiceNow.
Use Articulate 360/Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, Snagit for eLearning and multimedia content.
Apply instructional design and adult learning principles.
Test and maintain training settings and ensure technical accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, course owners, and stakeholders and manage multiple curriculum projects.
Leverage AI tools such as Claude for content development and workflow automation.





Preferred candidate profile
Proven ability to manage scope, gather requirements, track timelines, and drive results across multiple concurrent projects.
Working knowledge of Agile practices and software delivery lifecycle.
Ability to think critically while engaging with AI as a support tool experience with Claude or similar AI tools for content development workflows.
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with stakeholders, providing options with pros, cons, and risks for training and adoption-related decisions.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in instructional design, education, or organizational development; or equivalent experience.
High level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability. Ability to engage as part of a global team across multiple time zones.
