Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical program execution, planning, and delivery for embedded software/firmware projects.
Drive program schedules, resource planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track project execution using Jira and Confluence.
Drive program governance, executive reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Ensure delivery aligns with SDLC, quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

812 years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management.
Robust experience in Agile, Scrum, Secure, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience managing embedded software, firmware, or automotive software projects.
Solid stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Exposure to Automotive, Semiconductor, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and ASPICE is preferred.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
