About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Application Engineering to support the growth of our Energy Storage business across India and Africa. The role will focus on standalone BESS and Hybrid Solar + Storage projects, working closely with Regional Sales Heads, customers, Engineering teams and technology partners to develop reliable, optimized and commercially competitive system designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical discussions with customers alongside Regional Sales Heads to understand project requirements and recommend optimized BESS and Hybrid Solar + Storage solutions.




- Develop solution architectures and perform system sizing for batteries, hybrid inverters, Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and Solar PV systems.
- Prepare technical proposals, conceptual SLDs, techno-commercial documentation and customer presentations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Service and OEM partners to support solution development, product evaluation and technical enablement.
- Represent the company through customer training, channel partner enablement, technical seminars and industry events.

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Energy Engineering or equivalent.
- 4–10 years of experience in Solar, Energy Storage, UPS, DG or Hybrid Power Systems.
- Strong understanding of BESS, Hybrid Solar + Storage architectures, PCS, EMS and associated electrical infrastructure.
- Experience in application engineering, proposal engineering or technical sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with willingness to travel.

Bengaluru | Hybrid | Frequent travel across India and occasional international travel
