Hiring: AGM Operations | Mumbai

A leading and rapidly expanding QSR brand is looking for an experienced AGM – Operations to drive operational excellence, standardization, and business growth across its retail network.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies to improve store performance, scalability, and consistency.
Drive operational governance, SOP implementation, and adherence across multiple locations.
Monitor key business metrics including sales, productivity, customer experience, quality, and compliance.
Partner with regional operations teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional projects involving Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and Quality.
Support current store launches, business transformation initiatives, and process improvements.




Drive cost optimization, manpower productivity, and resource planning.
Build high-performing teams through coaching, capability development, and performance management.

Desired Candidate Profile
8–10 years of experience in QSR, Retail, or other consumer-facing industries.
Proven experience in managing multi-unit operations.
Robust understanding of operational governance, process improvement, and business transformation.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
Solid stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
MBA/PGDM is preferred.
