We're hiring a Sales Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in the Manufacturing industry.

Location: Noida
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:
Support the complete order management cycle from order acceptance to invoicing and order closure.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and customers for smooth order execution.
Prepare Proforma Invoices (PFI), Sales Orders, contracts, and other order-related documentation.
Track order status, dispatch schedules, deliveries, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain order records, customer communications, and prepare order closure documentation.
Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts,



management presentations, and operational performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Order Management Executive.
Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and Advanced Excel is compulsory.
Robust knowledge of order management, invoicing, documentation, and MIS reporting.
Positive coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.*
