Role & responsibilities
The Customer Marketing Lead (Alternate Channels) will own the strategic direction, planning,and execution of customer marketing across organized retail and online channels. The role is
accountable for profitable growth, market share expansion, digital shelf leadership,budget management and world-class execution, while acting as a strategic partner to Sales,Brand, and E-Commerce leadership.
Preferred candidate profile
10- 12 years of experience in Customer Marketing / Key Accounts / E-Commerce
Proven leadership exposure in Contemporary Trade and online channels
FMCG experience strongly preferred
Prior people management experience required
Deep understanding of organized retail economics and e-commerce growth levers.
Exposure to top national MT accounts and leading E-Commerce platforms
