Role & responsibilities
Ensure VM standards are followed across all stores in the region.
Execute seasonal campaigns, launches, window displays, and mannequin styling.
Conduct regular store visits and VM audits.
Ensure proper product placement, zoning, and visual presentation.
Train store teams on VM standards and styling.
Coordinate with Retail, Marketing, and HO VM teams.
Support current store openings and store refits.
Monitor VM materials, fixtures, and props.
Analyze store performance and implement VM improvements.
Prepare VM reports and ensure timely corrective actions.
