Qualification: PGDM / MBA in HR Management - Mandatory

Working Hours: 9:00 A.M. - 6:30 P.M. | Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Role Overview

Galaxy Auto Works is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, HR administration, and compliance.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, sound HR knowledge, excellent coordination abilities, and the confidence to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and induction.
Address employee concerns and support positive employee relations and engagement.
Coordinate performance reviews, feedback, employee development, and performance tracking.
Identify training needs and organize learning and development initiatives.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, documentation, reports, and HRIS data.
Support compliance with labour laws, HR policies,



and statutory requirements.
Coordinate effectively with management and different departments on HR-related activities.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling employee information.

Candidate Requirements
PGDM / MBA in HR Management is mandatory.
6 months to 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, HR administration, and compliance.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR will be an added advantage.
