Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Field Support Warrior, you will be the frontline hero ensuring our digital signage solutions run smoothly at client locations. Your key responsibilities will include:
In office Support
Regularly visit customer locations to ensure digital screens function properly
Installation & Repairs
Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance as per company guidelines
Emergency Support
Be available for urgent troubleshooting to provide quick and productive solutions
Customer Interaction
Coordinate with clients to understand issues and deliver effective resolutions
Technical Coordination
Work closely with the team to prioritize and report technical issues

Important Requirement
A two-wheeler and driving Licence is mandatory for this role
