Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning.
Plan project schedule, manpower, materials and site execution.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
Supervise solar module, structure, inverter, AC/DC, cabling, earthing and electrical installation.
Ensure project completion within Time, Cost, Quality & Safety targets.
Handle testing, commissioning, DISCOM/CEI coordination and project handover.
Monitor project progress, material consumption and site quality.
Prepare project reports, documentation and MIS.
Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in any specialization.
Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in Solar Rooftop Installation, Solar PV Project Design,



and Ground-Mounted Solar Projects, including site execution and project coordination.
Strong knowledge of Solar PV, Electrical Systems and EPC execution.
Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Valid driving licence preferred.
