Role: Workforce Management Analyst
Experience: 1 - 4 years
Type: 6-month contract
Shift: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST,
Location: Onsite
Openings: 3
Responsibilities:
Assign daily work to users.
Maintain SLAs and TATs for emails and work completion.
Produce daily, biweekly and monthly internal and client reports.
Use trends and reports to forecast requirements.
Monitor, track, document and communicate real-time floor activities regarding adherence to
process-defined Breaks, shifts, and cab delays.
Required skill set:
Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, as well as
proficiency in Word and Email.
Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in RTA/WFM
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to multitask, focus and complete reports for extended periods of time.
Educational Background:
Any Graduate.
