Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a recent, independent publicly traded company, which we re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we re looking to add a Senior Analyst - VMI in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:
Managing of inventory located at 3rd party hub location remotely through regular reconciliation and tracking.
Creation of SO s and PO s.
Maintain inventory accuracy.
Reduce inventory ageing.
Reporting of Sales Inventory on weekly basis.
Reconciliation of sub-module vs trial balance.
Should have good analytical ability.
Should be strong in the Number Crunching.




Process journal transactions as per the standard operating procedures.
Experience in the GL or Intercompany Activity or AR or AP.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
Good written oral communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and use of Email software.
Valuable presentation skills and team work.

The experience we re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor s degree in accounting or Finance B. com/M. com/BBA/MBA
Around 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting finance.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles.
Good written/oral communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
