Description :
Watch and support trading systems to make sure they run smoothly in real time.
Fix technical issues related to networks, databases, messages, and applications.
Manage daily operations like deployments, upgrades, and system checks.
Handle incidents and outages, work with engineering teams, and keep systems healthy.
Improve reliability and processes by checking logs, preparing documentation, coordinating with teams, and suggesting better ways to work.
Key Requirements :
5+ years of experience in production and application support, preferably in fintech or trading systems.
Robust skills in Python and working with Linux/Unix systems.
Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure during trading hours
