Job responsibility

Tx FM & SA Team Member to manage Tx Network Operation with complete understanding of different Tx technologies in Network and ensuring service assurance along with maintaining KPIs, Handling / engaging / supporting the Team, Ensuring smooth Operations 247.

Major responsibilities include:
Ensuring 247 Monitoring all Tx NOC network elements.
Ensuring TT s getting assigned and resolved.
Ensuring service assurance for restoring the affected customer circuits in time within agreed SLA
Coordinating / supporting / escalating the critical / major issues to FO for resolving the same intime within agreed SLA
Support to automation team for tool development
Proactive approach for enhancing the network / customer uptime
KPI Tracking and KPI improvement.
Team Productivity monitoring and Skill enhancement support.
24 7 team shift availability.
Project Management & Collaboration
Team building and coordination with different team members for fault resolution within time as per agreed SLA

Span of control: TTL NOC Key Customer IP NOC, VOICE NOC, FO, PSC Necessary Preferred Skills
Over 2+ years of experience in Tx & core domain.




Solid understanding of project management, customer service, and technical knowledge Tx core network elements, including SDH, OTN, DWDM, ASON & PTN
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Hands on Experience of Report preparation & publishing
Analytical skills
Data Presentation
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Creative thinking for analysing customer issues and resolution.

Qualification B. E. /B. Tech (Telecom / Communication / Instrumental) Overall Work Experience Over 8 years of experience Behavioural Attributes
