Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to manage the company s overall finance and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, internal controls, and supporting management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, taxation, statutory requirements, and company policies.




Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain effective internal financial controls.
Monitor financial performance, costs, profitability, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Manage banking relationships, statutory filings, and other financial matters.
Lead, guide, and develop the finance and accounting team.
Ensure proper utilization and accuracy of the company s ERP system.
