We are looking for a Talent Acquisition skilled with robust BFSI recruitment experience and drive end-to-end hiring across business and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for health insurance roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups & offer closures.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers & pipeline reports.
Ensure TAT and hiring targets are consistently achieved.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
What Were Looking For:
2+ years of experience in BFSI recruitment
Robust sourcing & candidate screening skills
Experience in end-to-end recruitment
