Role Responsibilities
Create and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate daily activities - circle time, sensory play, music, movement, and story hours - aligned with preschool benchmarks.
Build warm, trusting relationships with children and parents through consistent communication, empathy, and proactive feedback.
Observe and document each child s social, emotional, and cognitive progress using easy digital or portfolio-based tracking tools.
Collaborate with senior teachers and coordinators to refine classroom routines, thematic lesson plans, and safety protocols.
Support classroom organization, hygiene, and material preparation - ensuring a clean, safe, and stimulating environment at all times.
Participate in teacher workshops, parent-teacher meetings,



and school events - contributing to a joyful, inclusive school culture.

Skills Qualifications
Must-Have
Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
Proficiency in activity-based teaching methods
Experience in play-based learning environments
Solid communication in English and Kannada (spoken)
Ability to manage group dynamics with patience and creativity
Basic digital literacy for attendance and observation tools
Preferred
Experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia frameworks
Fluency in Hindi or additional regional languages
Background in child development or psychology
