Responsibilities
Supervise gardeners and horticulture staff on daily activities.
Plan and monitor landscape maintenance schedules.
Ensure proper watering, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.
Inspect plant health and arrange timely replacement of damaged or dead plants.
Monitor irrigation systems and ensure effective water usage.
Maintain indoor and outdoor landscapes according to client standards.
Ensure cleanliness and aesthetic appearance of all landscaped areas.
Manage inventory of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and consumables.
Coordinate with vendors for plant procurement and landscaping materials.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns promptly.
