JOB DESCRIPTION CINEMA MANAGER

Location: Vizag

Experience: 5–10 Years in Cinema / Multiplex / Hospitality / Retail

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day cinema operations and ensure smooth show execution.
Drive ticketing, F&B;, advertising and overall revenue performance.
Manage manpower, duty rosters, attendance, discipline and team productivity.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience.
Monitor F&B; operations, inventory, wastage and cost control.
Coordinate Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance and Technical teams.
Ensure cinema hygiene, safety, security and statutory compliance.
Handle customer complaints and operational escalations.
Monitor daily sales, occupancy, expenses and prepare MIS reports.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs,



service standards and operational policies.
Lead the team during weekends, holidays, premieres and high-occupancy periods.

Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA / Hotel Management preferred.
5–10 years relevant experience in Cinema / Multiplex / Hospitality / Retail.
Robust leadership, communication and customer-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of operations, revenue, F&B; and cost control.
Willing to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
