Roles and Responsibilities :
Requirements:
Conduct internal audits of Non financial clients, performing tasks such as vouching, verification, and process understanding to identify risks and improve operational efficiency.
Review and prepare draft audit reports, presentations, and audit committee presentations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with seniors to perform audit procedures, walkthrough documentation, and status updates to ensure effective project execution.
Analyze and identify areas for improvement in internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance to provide recommendations to clients.
Travel within and outside Mumbai to meet client needs, demonstrating creative thinking and rigorous analysis in audit execution and review.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with risk advisory services in non-BFSI sectors,



such as real estate, manufacturing, or retail, with a focus on internal audit and risk management.
Knowledge of internal audit frameworks, such as COSO or COBIT, and experience with audit tools and technologies, such as ACL or IDEA.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and demonstrate creative thinking in audit execution and review.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with clients and colleagues.
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to support audit findings and recommendations.
