Job Summary
We are looking for a agile Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth for the FCAL (Fire, Communication, Access Control & Life Safety) portfolio.
The role involves developing current business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and providing technical sales support for fire detection, access control, CCTV, public address, and integrated security solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Public Address, Video Surveillance, and Integrated Security Systems.
Experience in project sales and solution selling.
Knowledge of tendering, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
Excellent customer relationship and presentation skills.




Good understanding of the sales cycle and channel management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of FCAL products and solutions across the assigned territory.
Identify current business opportunities through consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, channel partners, consultants, EPCs, and key accounts.
Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender responses.
Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
Coordinate with application, service, and operations teams for project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain CRM updates, sales forecasts, and MIS reports.
Support payment follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
