Designation: Deputy Manager - Vehicle Engineering

Office Location: Halol Plant

Primary Responsibilities:
O verall Coordination of activities and planning related to current and future Programs. Support Product Engineering function with overall coordination within engineering and plant/field team for quality issues related to design.
Provide technical support and assistproblem solving with CFT (Cross Functional Team) from different functions likeQuality, PE, SQE, Mfg & SCM for quality concerns and system improvement.
Implement design changes in discussionswith PE SMEs related to quality & product concerns for current and newprojects to provide robust design as output.
Participate in plantmeetings that handles Engineering issues related to design, warranty,manufacturing issues & customer complaints (internal & external) inquality and post launch meetings.
Support other quality metrics like SUSA,IPTV, DRR, DRL for engineering issues.
Knowledge of tools such as Vehicle Spy,CANOE,



IMMO tool.
Co-ordination with supply chain to ensurenew level of parts availability to support production.

Degree: BE/BTech(Electrical, Electronics)

Years of experience: 4 to 6 years

Required Skills and Knowledge:
ExcellentInterpersonal and Communication skills. Knowledge for Programs coordinationactivities and adept in PowerPoint, Excel.
Exposureto Cross-functional and multi-cultural working workplace.
Positive Team Player,can handle multiple meeting coordination, positive analytical knowledge and problem-solvingtechniques.
