Key Responsibilities
Manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), users, groups, computers, OUs, and security permissions.
Create, modify, disable, and troubleshoot user and computer accounts.
Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and troubleshoot policy-related issues.
Administer DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server settings.
Perform Active Directory replication monitoring and troubleshooting.
Manage FSMO roles, Domain Controllers, Sites & Services, and trusts.
Troubleshoot Kerberos, LDAP, authentication, login, and account lockout issues.
Manage AD security groups, access control, and delegation.
Perform Domain Controller health checks and support AD migrations/upgrades.
Troubleshoot Windows Server and Active Directory incidents through ticketing systems.
Support Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) integration where required.
Perform PowerShell-based automation for routine AD administration tasks.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure-related reports.
Participate in backup, disaster recovery, patching, and security activities.
