Responsibilities -

Oversee the daily operations and management of the operation theatre, ensuring smooth and productive functioning.
Coordinate with surgical teams to organize and prepare the operation theatre for procedures.
Maintain sterility and ensure adherence to infection control practices at all times.
Supervise the handling and proper maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
Provide emergency support during surgical procedures and respond effectively to any complications.
Manage and document clinical information accurately and ensure compliance with medical standards.
Train and mentor junior staff and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure availability of essential supplies.
Evaluate and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation theatre.
