Ensuring alignment of Product Roadmaps with Business LTP's
Ensuring business growth by promoting existing products with current features and cost competetiveness
Targeting product profitability Engg Budget in line with group norms
Technology transfer from Central RD, Collaborators, External companies and enhancing internal competence to deliver recent technologies
Intellectual Property Generation and Control
Converting Customer Requirement from customer documents and interaction.
Flawless Transfer Product documents to ME and Lab in system
Driving Customer satisfaction by ensuring flawless launch of current products
Creating retaining a pool of internal people every year for role of CTO/EH/RD Head/PMT/etc
Responsilble for ensuring required technical skill and competency development
