Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a refined and proactive and experience candidate to manage end-to-end guest house operations for guests. You will serve as the primary host, ensuring a seamless, premium experience from admission/check-in to discharge/departure.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest house operations for guests, from admission/check-in to discharge/departure.
Coordinate room allocation, occupancy planning, and readiness based on guest requirements.
Ensure high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
Act as the single point of contact for guests and family members during stay.
Arrange transport, meals, local assistance, and concierge support as required.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with hospital/internal departments for smooth accommodation support.
Maintain records of admissions, guest occupancy, billing, and daily reports.
Ensure service quality, safety standards, and a premium hospitality experience.
Support management in improving guest satisfaction and overall guest house operations.
