Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure seamless employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR records, onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, HRMS management, compliance, and employee support while ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end onboarding, induction, documentation, and HR orientation.
Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Conduct offboarding formalities, exit interviews, asset clearance, and Full & Final settlement coordination.

HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRMS.
Manage attendance, leave, and shift records.
Issue HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.




Ensure all employee documents are updated and securely maintained.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Experience with HRMS platforms (Keka)
Valuable understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.
