Role Overview:

We are looking for a Candidature with robust domain expertise in Lending, Credit Risk, and Policy Management who is currently working in roles such as Product Manager, Credit Manager, Risk Manager, or Policy Manager within Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions.

The candidate will work closely with product, technology, and implementation teams to build and enhance BFSI products such as Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Core Banking System (CBS) modules, ensuring alignment with lending processes, credit policies, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Translate banking and lending business requirements into functional specifications for product development.
Work on product enhancement and implementation of lending solutions including LOS, LMS, and CBS modules.
Define and document credit underwriting workflows, credit scoring models, policy rules, and risk frameworks within the system.
Collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and implementation teams for solution design and product delivery.
Support product lifecycle management including requirement gathering, product design, UAT, and rollout.
Ensure alignment of product functionalities with banking regulations, credit policies,



and risk guidelines.
Work on digital lending journeys, STP processes, and automation of credit decisioning.
Engage with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to understand market requirements and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
Provide domain expertise during client implementations and solution discussions.
Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and industry practices to enhance product offerings.

Key Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of Lending Lifecycle Origination, Underwriting, Disbursement, Servicing, Collections.
Experience in Credit Risk Management, Credit Policy, Underwriting, or Lending Product Management.
Knowledge of Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and Core Banking System (CBS).
Familiarity with Retail, SME, or Corporate Lending processes.
Exposure to risk-based pricing, credit scoring models, CAM automation, and policy frameworks.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance within BFSI.
Robust analytical, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with technology and business teams.
