Role & responsibilities
Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Prepare Civil 3D models, engineering drawings using AutoCad,design calculations, and quantity estimates.
Budget ,BOQ preaparation
Supervise in office civil construction activities
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications,

and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams.
Managing budgets, resources, and deadlines.acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.
Conduct quality checks and resolve technical/site-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile
Should be B.E. (Civil) with 5 to 7 yrs experience.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to optimize engineering designs considering technical and commercial constraints.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Client-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
