Role Summary:

Own rider supply growth for assigned client(s) and city/cities by driving rider hiring, managing field recruitment teams, and ensuring demand fulfillment through effective coordination with central program teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Own rider hiring and supply growth targets for assigned client(s).
Lead and manage a team of Field Recruiters to drive rider sourcing and onboarding.
Coordinate with Central Program Managers to execute city-level growth plans.
Build and optimize local sourcing channels, referral programs, and recruitment campaigns.
Track hiring funnel metrics, activation rates, and recruiter productivity.
Ensure timely fulfillment of rider demand and support business expansion initiatives.
Hire, train, and manage field recruiters.

Candidate Requirements:
37 years of experience in rider hiring, blue-collar recruitment, or gig workforce management.
Mandatory experience in Quick Commerce, Hyperlocal Delivery, Logistics, or Rider Hiring.
Proven experience hiring riders/drivers at scale.
Experience managing field recruitment teams.
Robust stakeholder management and execution skills.
