Sales Optimization:
Greet incoming customers and assess their shopping needs promptly.
Demonstrate product features, advantages, and current promotions.
Cross-sell and up-sell merchandise to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide a welcoming, helpful, and hassle-free shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and return processes professionally.
Preferred candidate profile
1 to 3 years of steady experience in retail sales or customer service.
Education: Graduation in any stream, preferably MBA
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
