What you will bring to the role:
To be successful in this role you should have proven experience within the Technology sector with knowledge of the following skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Skilled on VB to script macro solutions using VBA in Excel.
Robust understanding of software engineering concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., SDLC, Agile, DevOps).
Critical thinking and analytical skills to understand user needs and the information gap.
Solid interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to create explicit process documentation and technical content for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint or equivalent). Decent proficiency creating professional, visually engaging presentations, and info graphics).
