We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our MEP team in the real estate sector.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing and executing complex projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the design, development, and implementation of MEP systems in real estate projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.




Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on MEP solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing MEP teams in real estate projects.
Solid knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and fire fighting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience with project management software and tools.
