Monitor and maintain all technical systems, including:Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS) HVAC systems Fire Life Safety systems Elevators and escalators Plumbing and water management systems Building Management System (BMS)
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimum system performance.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and project teams for maintenance activities and issue resolution.
Respond to technical breakdowns, emergencies, and critical incidents, ensuring timely restoration of services.
Track and monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment downtime, and service requests.
Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, service reports, and statutory compliance documentation.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.




Support energy management initiatives and identify prospects for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Manage inventory of technical spares and consumables through CMMS/Corrigo or similar systems.
Participate in audits, risk assessments, EHS inspections, and emergency response drills.
Prepare technical reports, incident reports, and management updates.
