Work with GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and related data/analytics services.
Build data pipelines and analytical datasets that support Tableau reporting.
Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and data stories.
Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and validation before publishing reports.
Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to understand data sources and business logic.
Automate recurring reporting and data-processing tasks using Python and SQL.
Document data definitions, dashboard logic, SQL queries, and reporting processes.

Required Skills

Tableau
Robust experience developing interactive Tableau dashboards.
Knowledge of calculated fields, parameters, filters, sets, groups, actions, and LOD expressions.
Experience with dashboard performance optimization.




Ability to create executive-level dashboards and KPI visualizations.

SQL
Solid SQL skills including joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.
Experience working with large datasets and analytical data models.
Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and validate results.

Python
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data-processing libraries.
Ability to automate data preparation, validation, and reporting workflows.

GCP
Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery.
Understanding of Google Cloud Storage and Cloud SQL.
Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and GCP data architecture.
Experience connecting Tableau to cloud data sources is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
25+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization.
Experience with data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
Knowledge of BI best practices and data storytelling.
