Job Summary:
This position will have robust experience developing Python, ReactJS and will configure, design, execute and support software application designs throughout project life cycles within AI toolset under Azure and Oracle EBS tool set and architecture. In addition, this individual will provide Production and perform root cause analysis to avoid recurrence. The Oracle Developer will work with IT Leads, Business users and other IT team members to understand and evaluate functional requirements, review technology/application alternatives, and develop technical solutions, designs, coding, testing and support Oracle implementation and upgrades. Developers coming into this position will work on projects, enhancements, and production support on cutting edge technology created specifically for Bechtel.

Major Responsibilities:
The position will be responsible to support, design, coding and testing of AP Hold AI applications and integrations with EBS Accounts Payables applications
Development includes the maintenance of interfaces/reports/enhancements using Python, ReactJS, LangChain/LangGraph Agentic framework
Follow the Team development and work process procedures and standards
Program design, configuration, coding, benchmark testing, debugging,



and documentation under general supervision
Setups and configurations of AI application including LLM integration.
Help maintain integrations with E-Business suite with other third party systems.
Create/Assist in technical designs of interfaces/reports and enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, performing root cause analysis, deliver onto ad-hoc requests, documenting and providing the best solution to the problem
Provide support in configuration, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle
Prepare Technical Design documents and Unit test documents for the related areas
Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
8+ years of overall work exp along with educational background of BE/B-Tech/MCA
4+ years of overall experience working with Python, ReactJS building AI use cases, integrating solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs)
1+ year experience developing Agentic AI.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge/Experience using Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle SQL/PLSQL
Experience in working with Copilot, MCP
Experience in working with Azure DevOps
