Key Responsibilities
Generate current business through direct sales and customer referrals.
Acquire customers for Asset Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Vehicle Loans.
Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Coordinate with credit, operations, underwriting, and documentation teams.




Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Follow up on applications and ensure timely processing and disbursement.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Use CRM systems to maintain customer records, leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.
Develop relationships with DSAs, dealers, brokers, and other business referral channels.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and lending guidelines.
Monitor portfolio performance and maintain solid customer relationships.
