Manage end-to-end procurement for construction projects.
Source construction materials, equipment, and services.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Coordinate with project, engineering, stores, and finance teams.
Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve supply-related issues.
Maintain purchase records, quotations, comparative statements, and contracts.
Track procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure materials comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
Monitor inventory and project material requirements.
