Role & responsibilities
Manage and execute interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct regular site visits and supervision to monitor project progress and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring explicit communication and timely updates.
Prepare and share project progress reports, updates, and documentation with internal teams and clients.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
Address and resolve site challenges, vendor issues, and client concerns efficiently.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality guidelines, and company procedures.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for smooth project workflow.




Maintain proper project documentation, schedules, and reporting systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects.
Solid knowledge of site execution, vendor management, and project coordination.
Experience in client handling and stakeholder communication.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Solid problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD (basic understanding), and project reporting tools.
