We are seeking an experienced Development Manager (Java) with solid expertise in Microservices Architecture to lead our software engineering team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of Java and distributed systems with proven leadership skills to drive innovation, scalability, and high-quality delivery of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java developers.
Define team goals, allocate resources, and oversee project execution.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Technical Oversight
Provide architectural guidance with a focus on Microservices Architecture and cloud-native design.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
Review code, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive technical excellence.
Stay updated with emerging Java frameworks, microservices patterns, and DevOps tools.
Project Delivery
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.




Ensure scalability, performance, and security in all applications.
Drive agile development practices and continuous integration/deployment.
Stakeholder Management
Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with microservices principles.
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
13+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.
Solid expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
