Key Responsibilities
Process loan applications accurately and within defined TAT.
Verify customer KYC, income, financial, property, and other loan-related documents.
Handle mortgage, asset finance, and other loan processing activities.
Review applications for completeness and identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with sales, credit, underwriting, legal, and operations teams.
Follow up for pending documents and resolve documentation-related issues.
Update customer and application details in CRM systems.
Track applications from login through approval and disbursement.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC norms, and banking procedures.
Prepare MIS and daily/weekly loan processing reports.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of customer and financial information.
