Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial leader to head our Data & AI Practice with full P&L; ownership, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for scaling the practice, driving revenue growth, and establishing Bristlecone as a recognized thought leader in Data & AI within the Supply Chain domain.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end P&L; responsibility for the Data & AI practice, including revenue growth, margins, and profitability targets.
Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the Data & AI practice, aligned with market demand and Bristlecone's supply chain specialization.
Drive new business development, working closely with sales and account teams to identify, pursue, and close opportunities.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data and AI professionals across delivery, consulting, and pre-sales.
Represent Bristlecone as a thought leader through client engagements, industry forums, conferences, and published content.
Develop differentiated offerings and solutions in Data & AI, with a focus on supply chain use cases.
Take ownership of hard revenue targets and be accountable for practice growth metrics.
Travel as required to engage with US-based clients and internal stakeholders.





Required Qualifications & Experience
Currently heading a Data & AI practice of at least USD 50M in annual revenue, with global responsibility.
Proven P&L; ownership experience in a similar-sized or larger practice.
Robust, demonstrable background in Data & AI recognized as a thought leader in the space (speaking engagements, publications, industry recognition, etc.).
Experience working with US-based enterprise clients, ideally in Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Healthcare.
Background in the Supply Chain domain is a robust plus.
Track record of building and scaling teams and practices in a competitive IT services workplace.
Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel to the US.
Comfortable operating with aggressive, well-defined revenue targets.
