Opportunity Tracking & Evaluation Portal Monitoring:

Monitor e-procurement sites, GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, and corporate portals daily for current RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.

Feasibility Check: Review technical, financial, and legal criteria in tender documents to check qualification compatibility.

Registration:

Manage company vendor registration profiles across diverse buyer databases.
Bid Preparation & Documentation Document Compilation: Collate pre-qualification data, technical proposals, certificates, and commercial bids. Cross-functional Coordination: Gather internal inputs from sales, engineering, finance, legal, and QA/QC teams. Financial Processing: Coordinate processing of Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), Tender Fees, Demand Drafts (DD), and Bank Guarantees (BG) with finance teams.
Submission & Post-Bid Management Portal Operations: Upload final proposal documentation to e-tendering platforms securely before closing times. Query Tracking: Act as the primary point of contact for client clarifications, routing technical questions to internal leads. Lifecycle Archiving: Maintain systematic repositories of past bid materials, contract awards, and feedback data.

Job Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience Degree:

Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related domain.

Experience: 2 years of active experience in bid administration or tender execution.

Technical Skills Portal Mastery: Solid working exposure to regional e-procurement software suites and national hubs (e.g., GeM).

Office Automation: High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and document compilation toolsets.

Commercial Literacy: Basic comprehension of commercial terms, tax formats, and public procurement rules.

Soft Skills Precision Focus: Meticulous attention to small technical variations and deep text proofs.

Time Competency: Capacity to multi-task efficiently under tight delivery brackets.

Clear Articulation: Robust qualified writing capabilities to refine customer-facing proposals.
