Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products and stability samples using HPLC and GC.
Operate, maintain and perform basic troubleshooting of HPLC/GC instruments.
Prepare mobile phase, standard solutions, reagents and samples as per SOP.
Perform analytical testing as per approved specifications and SOPs.
Record test results accurately in worksheets, logbooks and analytical documents.
Follow GMP, GLP, SOP and data integrity requirements.
Handle instrument calibration and routine maintenance activities.
Investigate OOS/OOT results and support laboratory investigations.
Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
